Privacy Notice
Invisible Keyboard AI runs Invisible Blog and is the data controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect and why
- Account details (name, email, login): to create and run your account — contract.
- Your website and brief: to write and publish your articles — contract.
- Waitlist and newsletter emails: to send updates you asked for — consent, which you can withdraw any time.
- Blog visit counts: daily totals per source (e.g. Google, ChatGPT), with no personal data about readers — legitimate interests.
- Support messages and basic technical data (IP address, device, logs): to help you and keep the service secure — legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host and run the service (hosting, database, AI writing, email).
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscriptions, payments, tax and invoices.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Some providers are outside your country, including the US; we use standard safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open, then we delete or anonymise it, except where we must keep records by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. We reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use encryption, access controls and restricted staff access to protect your data.
Cookies
We only use essential cookies and storage to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
