Invisible Blog is a product by Invisible Keyboard AI. These are the same Terms & Conditions that apply across Invisible Keyboard.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

Invisible Keyboard provides content strategy, production, and distribution services, scoped per engagement. Invisible Blog is our self-serve service that writes and publishes articles to a blog we host for you.

3. Intellectual Property

All content produced for clients is fully owned by the client upon delivery. Website content remains the property of Invisible Keyboard.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties without consent.

5. Payment Terms

Engagements are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may pause delivery.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, under Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Invisible Keyboard's liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
